Pool Opening

Getting your pool ready for the season is essential to ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable swimming experience. Our professional pool opening service is designed to take the stress out of preparing your pool, so you can dive into summer with confidence.

• Open auto cover and inspect pool and cover for any issues.
• Test water and take a sample to our store lab for further analysis.
• Install all drain plugs, fittings, and attachments into pool equipment; grease o-rings and use Teflon tape on fittings.
• Prime and start up system. Check to see if pump, heater, and filter are properly running.
• After running heater, back off and ensure pump is maintaining proper pressure.
• Add chemicals as specified and brush walls of pool and steps to loosen attached algae and debris.
• Check all return inlets, skimmers, slide connections, fountains, etc.

On completion, all added chemicals will be documented, water lab test results will be emailed, and we will follow up.
